On the upside, Sunday I made a healthy meal for my in-laws and they loved it. My son and I..well, not so much lol. Me, being me, could always come up with an argument about things like that, simply because I'm going through a religious crisis (meaning my family is Christian and i'm not sure what I am anymore, but that's a whole other story). The day is over and I've counted that I smoke over a pack of cigs a day! 20 smokes to a pack, and i've had 29 today!! Yikes. That's something of an eye opener. Getting my water intake today wasnt hard considering I pretty much drink just straight water all day long and rarely have a soda any... I made Sausage, Egg and Cheese "Mcmuffins". I ran it through the nutritional counter and was still shocked at the numbers, which made me realize I still have alot to learn!
