So I weighed myself this morning and I weigh 182, which is nearly 20 pounds gain since my last weigh in three months ago at 163.5. I am absolutely disgusted. I have gotten to the point where I eat and eat until I physically feel sick, then feel so guilty that it got to that point that I just keep eating, and then sometimes drink to forget that the whole thing even happened. So this week has been absolutely terrible. Monday night i went to the restaurant staff party at 7 and left at 845 because i didnt want to be out too late. Hubby had met me there and was following me home. So this morning I went to eat my yogurt and there was something not right with it. The texture and taste were WAY off, so after one bite it went in the trash. Since then I've been really nauseous. So today, minus the two hours I spent getting my car from FIL's house and going to Walmart to buy hardware for the house, I spent ALL day unpacking, from 11 am until just now at 9 pm. Earlier this week I had posted that I had just barely made it to the 160s, weighing in at 169.5. Today, on my official weigh-in day, I am 169 even! I lose 2.5 lbs this week and am so incredibly happy. One of my goals has been to get down to the weight I was when I met my husband by our two-year wedding anniversary, which is on October 7.
