But boy was it cold. My eyes got teary from the cold and froze on my face. My sister suggested using a face mask but with my luck the local police would arrest me. <BR> I also had Ben on his bike today so got another 60 minute walk in. <BR> I need to cut out my bread intake. It is going to be hard though, I LOVE BREAD! I am finding a lot of my calories are from bread. And cheese, boy I didn't realize how many calories cheese had. I am going to try a... I walked 5860 steps on the walk. I was hoping to get my whole 10,000 steps in there but I am still hopefull. I am keeping it on all day to see how many I do. I will be going sledding with the kids in a bit so hopefully I will get all my steps in that way. <BR> I find my weight is slowly coming off. It is taking awhile but I am happy that my eating habits are gradully changing for the better. i feel healthy so that is all that counts! No more nachos for me. The good news is, I went sledding with the kids today and burned 770 calories! Plus I got in a 45 minute walk so I am happy with my fitness level today. It has really helped motivate me to exercise regulary and watch what I am eating. I like doing the 10 minute boot camp videos, some of them are harder than others. <BR> I have been going on daily walks and listening to my IPOD.
