Got bored of exercise and weight loss so struggling to pick up the motivation.

I found this app called gympact which fines you if you dont do you work out and gives you money if you do. I was depressed and didn't want to go out because I refused to purchase clothes in a size 16. I was in denial.

This journey has been challenging, keeping myself motivated, keeping myself tracking, keeping myself going when I hit a plateau and want to give up. Fri, 21 Jun 2013 22:09:19 EST Welcome Back Okay, so I left SparkPeople for a week and every day I didn't check in I felt guilty.

I stopped checking in because my exercise plan didn't go as planned. I am trying to get myself ready for starting a new course, works getting me down as its not what I want to do long term and I have been so tired.

Yesterday I checked in and forgave myself. Tue, 28 May 2013 19:27:23 EST Realisation about the weight I have lost I am so proud of myself.

I created a new exercise plan at the weekend as I think one of the reasons I fell of the rails was because of boredom last time. I was 5 weeks into the insanity program and bored so I missed a session then another session, then I was 2 days behind and I gave up stopped exercising and started eating.

Anyway, I have now incorporated insanity every 3 days with Zumba (yes! I have missed zumba) and Mel B's workout for the PS3.

The realis... Mon, 27 May 2013 19:56:25 EST Pressing the Reset Button.... Last week I went off the rails a bit.

Tuesday was my birthday so I had cake for breakfast, nandos for dinner (with chips) and dinner was chinese including a starter. Lots of wine consumed and I had that full up feeling where your so full you have to sit a little before moving. Thursday I got worse and Friday I got sent home for being too sick to wor... Sat, 25 May 2013 19:33:44 EST Nearly at my goal weight... After being stuck at 64KG for over a month I tweaked my diet and exercise a little and shocked my body into dropping a KG this week. I replaced coffee with green tea and bought a fitbit which has motivated me to walk more to get to 10,000 steps. This with the insanity programme means everything is headed in the right direction.

My problem now is my jeans are baggy! I don't know whether to hold out until my goal weight or to start updating my wardrobe now.

I am saving u... Fri, 10 May 2013 21:16:23 EST My Fitbit challenge... I am on late shifts this week and I am struggling to work out when and what I should be eating at what time??

I stayed within my calories, exercised and drank 8 glasses of water yesterday but ate my dinner at 9pm. This morning I woke up and put on half a kg. Tue, 16 Apr 2013 08:25:39 EST Feeling Good :-) Yesterday I gave into the temptation of a Dominos order 480 . Planning to have 3 slices to stay within my calorie intake. I got distracted by the TV (the Biggest Loser of all programmes!). Sun, 14 Apr 2013 03:31:48 EST Big Holiday Weight Gain Okay, so it was bad. Really bad. 2KG weight gain, I didn't know it was going to be that bad.

McChicken Sandwich meals, Whopper meals, Pizzas, Whisky and Cokes, White Wines, Chocolates, Egg McMuffin Meals, Steak and Chips x 3 - Were they worth it???

For the feeling of guilt?
