So the last half of 2011 went great for me! after 2010 and into 2011 yo-yoing I really got a grip on losing weight. I had gone to my starting weight of about 200 the summer of 2011 and by my new years/ birthday party I had lost about 30lbs. <BR> I got to toss a bunch of pants that were too big and I've even pulled out my jeans from high school (and they fit) so needless to say the last few months I've been content with my body. Tue, 14 Jun 2011 15:31:47 EST Week 1 Challenge Ok, it's the 2nd week of June and time to buckle down! :) I have set goals that I CAN achieve. I went to the gym today, I was on the elliptical for about 7 minutes then I stretched a bit. jogged a half a mile strethced some more then I did some arm weights. For the rest of the day I did house work because it's my day off. :) I had fruit for breakfast but I had some cola and taco bell too. :( and a cup o joe. <BR> Tomorrow will be better. So I haven't been on spark. I ran around with kids yesterday for a while, which is always fun. Tomorrow I'm planning on going for another 2.5 mile jog tomorrow and than hang with the girls for a bit after my work out and house work. Wed, 18 May 2011 00:39:51 EST My new begining I realized how out of control my weight was when I moved away to school January 2010. 2010 summer I lost some weight but gained it all back around October/Novmber. Since then I have lost 15 Lbs. I just remember to eat healthier food. I have been trying to lose 2 pounds per week but, I'm not going to complain when I'm losing weight and my pants are a little baggy. I need to work out more. I've been eating pretty good, not great but decent. I've been drinking more water, only splurge on soda every once in a while. I've been eating more yogurt for my snack food. I've been in a bowling class for the last 2 weeks, Monday-Friday for an hour & a half everyday. I have been trying to eat healthier.
