I've never been able to stick with anything long enough to lose more than a few pounds. Not sure why this has worked so much better. Probably because I was more ready mentally. And I weighed 150 pounds, which for some reason was my line in the sand.

It took me awhile--I spend the first month not really upping exercise much, beyond taking a few extra walks. My appetite got out of hand when I was breastfeeding, and while I lost weight during breastfeeding, once my son weaned the pounds added up in a hurry. So, I'm trying to get my appetite back down to more r... Sun, 3 Oct 2010 13:27:53 EST
