Sun, 26 May 2013 18:30:44 EST Woohoo Lost more weight Lost an other 2.5 lbs couldn't more happy. Even if it's a small amount lost it's still a lose of weight . I must be doing something right. <em>30</em> I have been logging my food daily on here, drinking more water, walking my dog, yoga and meditation , eating alot better and more healthy. <BR> I even Have my mom checking out Sparkpeople. <em>224</em> I couldn't ask for a better week this week Fri, 17 May 2013 14:34:07 EST Lost 2lbs this week Losing 2lbs is not bad for this week with the weather being raining and not able to do much out doors. But Its a start to a better me as I look at it. Every pound I lose just helps me become a better me and a alot healthy too. So I say for those that lose that much or just even a pound dont give up cause every little bit helps in the long run. We didnt put the weight on over night so we are not going to be able to take it off over night so always keep your head held high and never give up. <B... Wed, 15 May 2013 18:20:15 EST Gained weight again Ok so i gained back most of the weight I lost this past week. So I am now seeing I am not eating enough veggies and most of the time not drinking enough water either. So this week I am making it my goal to eat more veggies and drink more water. As well as keep walking with my dog and try to cut back on some of the more high carb foods too. Its just a start to a better me and a healthier one also. WIth my walking buddy Chyenne who is my sweet dog I take it slow to start off to gain back the strength I lost while sick so I dont over do it.
