Recently I some Starter Dri Star pants for running when colder out. Clearance priced $5. I have also bought a wrist HRM. Was very cheap, but seems to work well. I have always wore it on my hip and never felt that it tracked right. The other day one of our Sparkers showed one on her shoe. So I moved my tracker to my sock and wouldn't you know it. Same video done on 2 different days, one with tracker on hip, one with tracker on sock and mileage was more than doubled. The one on sock was where mileage should have been. Now I know!!! Actually by second day was showing a gain. Believed I had hit my plateau week. Had my daughter make some posters with 170's on them to help me stay focus. Well it payed off at todays WI. Then Friday showed a gain. Oh no I thought. This is my plateau week. I thought I'll add some extra workout time if I can and try to walk some extra steps at work.
