I have always wore it on my hip and never felt that it tracked right. The other day one of our Sparkers showed one on her shoe. So I moved my tracker to my sock and wouldn't you know it. I have been doing extra circuit training with some good ST training hoping that will help develop my chest. I don't have room for a weight bench or that many free weights. I have some dumbbells and (a lot) of my own body weight to use. Gyms are to far from my home to drive to all the time. Any suggestions on some exercises that will help would be greatly appreciated. All three are Sp recipes and fairly easy to make. <BR> The first was the Lean Philly Cheesesteak. A new favorite in our house for sure. Very simple to prepare. My daughter who normally wouldn't eat roast beef or onions, ate it like she was starving.
