We got one free night per week for the month of February. The ramp wasn't built until late Friday so he wasn't discharged Thursday as planned. Respiratory is doing very aggressive treatments hoping to prevent him being placed back on the ventilator. The main problem is that he isn't able to deep cough with the broken ribs. He is awake and alert and knew I was there today. After getting her home, i had to go get food for Kira since she has so many food allergies so that took more time. By Wednesday evening I was done in but Kira and Nala didn't want to go to sleep.
