Eating out is always a trigger for me and the portions are huge. So, I have made a commitment to eat reasonably and avoid the high fat foods. Had a delicious healthy salad for lunch. So only three more meals to do before I get to the in-laws, where the food is safe item. I am not sure why I go back to the food. My comfort needs to come from my relationship with Jesus, not the food.
