I have only been able to run once a week since I finished my last marathon on October 20th. I was told to make sure I stretch, foam roll and walk briskly for a week. Then to try running and see how it feels. I was able to run, 3 miles, the last 2 days but tried today and was only able to get a mile before I had to walk another 2 miles. My time was 3:54:57, which isn't horrible, but for me it is. I had been sick with a stomach bug, since Thursday, so I had not eaten much. I had also been nursing a sore right thigh.
