I've gained 6+ pounds during this time. My goal now is to loose the weight and get back into exercise over the next few weeks. I go off of my eating and exercise plan every time I take a vacation. I've never had a problem in the past loosing the weight and getting back into my exercise program. We'll see how it goes this time. I ate slightly healthier on this vacation than on previous vacations but ate a lot of food.... It incorporates the qualities of being super organized, planning ahead and being responsible. People with this trait tend to work hard, control their impulses, do a thorough job and set and work toward goals.

Hope you have some.
