Tue, 2 Oct 2012 00:46:25 EST Happy to be home http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5075052 It's been a week since I have been home. So much laundry and cleaning to do! At least I am burning calories doing it. I have also been Alcohol free since I left. Every part of me wants to have a drink, I tell myself only one...but I know myself better than that. Part of the comfort of home getting to drink eat and wear whatever you want! I need to take it one minute, one hour and one day at a time. And for now this minute I choose to not drink. <BR> <BR> I am just shy of entering the 100's ... Tue, 25 Sep 2012 22:21:41 EST Going Alcohol free http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5060626 I am going nearly a week strong. It does not get any easier let me tell you. I CAN do it though. 1 lb a week loss is all that I ask for. I hope to surpass that but for now I am just going to focus on what I drink. Sat, 15 Sep 2012 17:08:24 EST 5/24/11 http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=4253849 Yesterday I was AF! A first this week. I have been drinking mostly moderately, but I had a wisdom tooth coming in, really painfully, so I drank more than I should have that day. I am going to try my best to be AF today, there is no booze in the house, that makes things much easier. Tue, 24 May 2011 17:57:48 EST New brew supplies http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=4241926 Today was a busy day, going to the brew supply store, Fry's, work, pharmacy on the other side of town...BUSY! Yesterday I was completely A/F, I am having a mini Margaretta atm, but I don't plan on going crazy. I had some chicken for dinner with steamed white rice. and I am still 400 calories shy of my minimum intake. I have plans to have a doughnut tonight if I stay good. Wed, 18 May 2011 20:22:28 EST 2 days in a row AF! http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=4237420 I am so proud. Tonight I might have a beer with the guys, just one though, I plan on only buying one craft brew so I am limited to how much I can drink. I am starting to think I should just skip it just in case...but I am really looking forward to having that beer. Skipping it would be smart though. Let you know how it went tomorrow.
