And before you ask, I have pcos and last time I took vitamins they helped with the more extreme aspects (lack of aunt flow being one). Had the flu these past two weeks. Not conducive to exercise. ALL BETTER NOW. So I made the decision that with my new laptop(I love it!) I am more likely to shirk my exercise plans. SO this is what I set for my self. For every 15 crunches, sit ups, push ups etc... I get 15-30 minutes (depending on intensity and how many sets I do at a time) to do whatever on the computer.
