The treadmill records more than the pedometer I wear on my pants. I believe the Fitbit not to be accurate at all. It is worn on my wrist and I think that it doesn't register unless your arms are moving. When I am pushing a cart, or volunteering and pushing wheelchairs, and the like, I know it doesn't record my steps. Comments please. Did the bank statement, walked on the treadmill and I am working up some energy to start peeling that wallpaper in the spare bedroom. It has been on the walls at least 21 years as it was there when we moved into this house. It is in the in-law suit that my mother, mother-in-law and daughter's family have lived in. Ran 65 minutes (at intervals 30,6,4,4...until 65) and walked 40 minutes. The treadmill is my main exercise. Why, because I am 59 and have issues with my shoulder if I do weights. I figure with housework, gardening, taking care of grandchildren, peeling wallpaper, painting and the like, that is my weight part. That is just the way I roll. I feel you have to do what is best for yourself. Fri, 16 Jan 2015 09:19:53 EST Thursday.... Got up early and did treadmill for 70 minutes as had to be at my daughter's by 7:30 to wait for a repairman. Lucky daughter will be surprised when she gets home and find that I did all her laundry! Hope you are having a lovely day. Thu, 15 Jan 2015 12:56:00 EST -9!!! here in Ohio Got up at 5 a.m. and it was -8 and now less than 1 hr. later it is -9 without the wind chill factor.
