Wow is it a big one too. <BR> <BR> My legs and feet feel like they are on fire and throbbing like they should be swollen, yet they aren't. Our sheltie ran into my legs earlier and I thought I was going to throw up it hurt so badly. My muscles all over are spasming, sore, stiff and sensitive. Little plants are emerging in the peas, potatoes, and onions. I always get so excited to see the little baby plants starting to come up. The flowers are starting to bloom and today was a wonderful warm day to work outside in the garden. So far I've found using dim lighting, no TV, computers, keeping things quiet and peaceful for an hour before bed helps.
