Knew something was wrong when I was there two weeks ago. Not easy when you know the time you with a love one is limited. Although all of my clothes still fit, I feel like my middle has spread a little bit. Being over 50, I knew it was coming so now to get back on track measuring everything and tweaking my exercise program. I am still strong in my sit ups and crunches. You jog a little and walk a little and work your way up to a 5K. I did not think I could jog because I am too well endowed but my sports bra held be well. I actually liked jogging then walking. It was a nice change and it was all timed and I could play music so I just had to jog or walk and not concentrate on anything else. I am going to do this 3 days a week and follow the plan that the... It started last Friday night with my son having pain in the left side. We eventually took him to the emergency room and he had a kidney stone which took several days to pass. My thyroid medication that I have been taking for at least 22 years is not currently helping me. My blood work shows my T3 is low. My synthroid is controlling "brain signal" but no active hormone which continues to make my hypothyroid.
