I read that too much excercise will agravate the condition, and am trying to find a balance there. Iron intake is supposed to help also, but need my levels checked. Have increased Iron rich foods, sardines etc. Anyways keeping up with my routine, and hopefully things will calm down. <BR> -Roger Thu, 23 May 2013 04:35:54 EST Breaking Through Plateau My main excercise has been fast walking/jogging for 90 minutes along the trans canada trail, three to four times per week, depending on my days off from work. Same thing has resulted in the dreaded PLATEAU. Starting to hate that work, no I do hate, anyways, I have added an extra workout in the evenings, lifting weights, 30 min cardio, and finish off with 50 sit-ups, using an ab roller. Miles traveled 12.17. Total burned cals were 16084. Total eaten were 5681. Fitbit says I have minus 10403 cals. The scale doesn't reflect much change, in fact I think I have gained weight and am trying to figure out why. Ever since I reached 193 lbs in Dec, my weight has creeped back up to 205, then down to 197.6.
