Going to go at it month by month and set goals for each month of the year. For this month of January, I am committed to work out 5 days a week. Will do a Turbo Jam 20 min. workout at home (Monday-Friday) which is realistic for me to start with. There is a Saturday morning class of Zumba @ 8am which I can add because I really enjoy ...
