This means: get up from desk, walk to central stairwell, go up 2 floors & come back down and go back to my desk. I managed not to eat any sugar, but I didn't really feel good about it either. All I could really focus on was what I was missing. Maybe that's the psychological side of the sugar cravings? Then again, the simpler answer is that I'm used to having sweets to comfort me when I'm having a bad day and I didn't have any. So I was definitely missing that (perceived) comfort.
