WOW! ive been dieting and exercersing since august. i lost 7 pounds the first week and have already plato'd. I also took an out of the blue trip to FL about 2 weeks ago, so i kinda lost track of exercersing.But im back into it! Its time. Im now 200 pounds (post baby weight). Goal, 155.
