I am determined to get this weight off - I cannot stand what I look & feel like. I will be going to the meetings weekly - I can sit in on them w/o weighing in... <BR> <BR> I absolutely refuse to buy new clothes, so my goal is to be down by 5% by the next weigh in and 10% 2 months later. Unfotunately this week I only made it 2x - but on Wed I got on the Treadmill in the fitness room and did 20 minutes - better than nothing. Today I made it to Curves and did the complete Circuit - 30 minutes. <BR> <BR> Felt good to be up and going. Fri, 27 Feb 2009 13:52:15 EST Friday - 2/2009 Ok, been to Curves 3 times this week. It is getting harder to get up at 6:15am the mornings that I want to get ther. Yes, it feels good once I am finished, but I am getting tired about 1/2 way throu the circuit. I think I need to get to bed earlier so that getting up will not be hard and I will be more rested. <BR> <BR> Need to really work on getting more sleep and being more organized and productive. I was tired this morning and really didn't want to get out of bed, but I pushed and did it. <BR> <BR> I am staying home this evening instead of going to services and going to get to bed early so that I can get up, take care of my chores before the District meeting at 10am.... <BR> <BR> Fri, 13 Feb 2009 17:52:40 EST February 9, 2009 Made it to Curves again today, this was the 5th time I as there, the machines are getting easier to use. It also feel great to be up and out early, gives me so much time in the morning. <BR> <BR> I cannot wait to get measured and see how I have changed. I know that the scale has not changed, but that has to do with eating heavy Italian food on Saturday evening. It is so hard to stay OP when family and friends want to go out to dinner. I guess it's my lack of control that gets in the way,... Mon, 9 Feb 2009 11:55:06 EST February 5, 2009 Got up late, guess getting up at 6am and getting to bed nearly midnight on Wednesday caused this, needed sleep. Need to change the routine - at least the getting to bed part. I like getting up early, it gives me a head start on the day. <BR> <BR> Just finished SP BootCamp video for day 3 and feel good. Working these in addition to the exercise program at Curves is helping, I noticed the scale is slowly moving "south" that's ok, as long as it keeps going in that direction, all I want is ... Tue, 3 Feb 2009 09:40:27 EST February 2, 2009 Ok, I'm back, January did not complete the entire SP BootCamp, was away and then got busy. Since my health plan has Silver Sneakers and they added Curves to the plan. I went there. I've been there 2x and plan on being there at least 3x per week. I am also doing the BootCamp and making sure I do it daily, today was day #1. I am also planning to either get into the fitness room on the treadmill or go for a walk early in the mornings the days I am not going to Curves. I am determined to los... Mon, 2 Feb 2009 09:16:21 EST Getting there!!! 1/21/09 These exercises on the stability ball are not easy for me, but I am doing them - at least to the extent I can, each time it gets a little easier so I am able to go a little further and do most of the exercies. I am determined to get thru each group fully and get more flexible. <BR> <BR> The ball seems to deflate slightly as I use it. I did get thru it as best as I can.
