(It only took 2 months on this program to make that happen.) However, I'm finding that my energy level has gotten worse, not better. I find that I'm weak-kneed after my daily walks, & I need a nap most afternoons. In the last few days, I've started taking vitamins and supplements. <BR> <BR> I started out my program with a 10-minute walk. These days, I walk 1 mile in 25 minutes. (Is that good?)
