My 6 month old has been getting up every couple of hours so I haven't had a good sleep in awhile. I'm starting to get down on myself about my weight and not having the energy to work out. So I have changed my focus to food. I have started tracking my food again to keep me honest with what I eat. I'm breastfeeding so I'm trying to find that right balance of calories. With my 2nd I gained a lot of weight and really didn't want that to happen again. Although I was more careful with eating and I worked out I still gained too much weight. I just weighed myself and I'm up 31 pounds from when I got pregnant. I have to wait 6 weeks before I can workout so I need to focus on my diet. I have been continuing with my healthy eating lifestyle but allowing my self treats once in a while. I'm so grateful for a program like Sparks because I am able to track my food and stay in control of my eating. Before I was just eating and thinking its just a few extra bites no big deal..... I was expecting 2 pounds but I lost 4.4 pounds. <em>334</em> This is huge progress for me as I have been hovering at the same weight for some time now. Well it has been a very long time since I have connected with Sparks. I have been training with my personal trainer and I have seen some results but I think I have been sabotaging all my hard effort with my eating. That is why I'm back I need to track my food. I was doing so well after I had my second child and then in the new year it was like the weightloss just stopped. I don't know if it has anything to do with the lack of sleep or that I stopped breast feeding. I tried changing my workout routines and started running but no results!! I started up my routine of working out at least 4 times a week a couple weeks ago and I am sticking to it so hopefully should see some weight loss results soon. I have been feeling so energized it is great!! Yesterday I rearranged the kids play room which included moving furniture, then I spent an hour teaching them how to write and color, then I did my kickboxing bootcamp dvd for 45 minutes then made supper. Wed, 27 Oct 2010 13:56:43 EST Trying to stay focused I have been having trouble this week getting motivated due to lack of energy. I have to try and focus on that feeling of accomplishment after I finish a work out. <BR> <BR> I had an ultra sound today to check my kidney and liver. Thu, 21 Oct 2010 11:58:57 EST After One Month of Excercise I completd the 28 day bootcamp and only missed a day of cardio which isn't too bad with my crazy lifestyle right now. I thought I would have more energy but I have been feeling so tired. I need to take charge of my life again and work out. I started working out last week and I signed up for the 28 week bootcamp.
