Fri, 20 Sep 2013 16:48:07 EST LP PROMISES i had promised to drink at least 6 cups of water and to log everything i eat.....well i'm not getting off to a good start :(. <BR> <BR> monday i had 1 cup of water and logged breakfast/lunch <BR> tuesday i had 5 cups of water (i guess that's good) but didn't log anything. <BR> <BR> today i will try harder. Wed, 11 Sep 2013 11:44:45 EST First 5k! OMG!!!!!!! I am so excited. I ran my first 5k saturday may 4th, 2013. It felt really good to run most of the 3.1miles! I have never blogged before but figured I'd give it a try. I have not exercised or tracked my calories in a month & I keep saying this week I will start over but I don't. I'm too tired to exercise so I need to make changes in my bedtime routine. I hate to cook & I'm a picky eater so it's hard planning my meals..ugh! Are these just excuses?
