With the combined help of my dietician Ela, SPARKPEOPLE and my cooperation I have managed to lose about 50 pounds. I have faithfully tracked my food, exercise and water. I have received the motivation from SPARKPEOPLE and I have regularly written comments on other members blogs hopefully giving them SPARK to continue in their journey. This has been a positive experience for me and I look foward to a continue... Tue, 4 Jan 2011 21:10:41 EST ZIPALONG 12/27/2010 Well, when you cannot get into the SparkPeople site you become well aware of how much and how important it becomes in your daily activities. I was prevented from making the usual entries due to a failure in Verizons delivery of internet service for approximately 35 hours. It went down before 7:00 a.m. Sunday just following my opening of the site and getting my daily credit and points and I had entered my first session on the exercycle. But then I could not enter it again unti now at about 5:0... I saw my dietician today and she is real satisfied with my weight loss progress and life style change. I told her that it was a combination of her assistance and guidance and SPARKPEOPLE which helps us regularly with motivation and consistency. I made the required entries into my SPARKPEOPLE program. I commented on other member entries. I was consistent, motivated and made my goals. I'm happy! Wed, 15 Dec 2010 20:34:33 EST ZIPALONG Tuesday, 14 December 2010 turned out to be a great day. The Board meeting granted much needed funds to needing organizations. The Third Grade students who received their dictionarys were very excited about receiving this gift from the Rotary Club. The Rotary Club noon meeting went verywell with 31 present.Doug and Janet visited and joined us for the evening dinner. Tue, 14 Dec 2010 18:41:06 EST ZIPALONG Tuesday, 14 December 2010 is a very busy day. with a meeting at 9:00 a.m. and then handing out dictionaries to the 3rd grade at 11:00 a.m. and then Rotary at noon then a meeting with our financial advisor at 5:00 p.m. We have to work in exercise, meals and just regular activities throughout the day. WooHoo! We will make it. We will! Oh, yes, we have a regular job too.
