I work out 6 days a week and i try to stay under calorie intake but have gone over a few times but i am burning as much as i take in if not more. I am so thankful to my great supporter and best friend who is doing this with me. If it was not for her i don't think I would have ever got motivated like i am. My official weigh in is on Sunday, however I weigh my self today since my friend was doing it for support and was happy to see the 3 pound lost. D... Fri, 20 Apr 2012 02:42:20 EST I am so sore! For the last two days I have been working out in the gym to day i am resting my sore muscles. I am so glad that me and my friend are working out together.
