This morning I will volunteer at the hospital for a 3 hour shift, filling in for someone else..a great start to my day! After planning and preparing for my scrapbooking and card making for recent days I am ready for whatever the day brings-cards to finish-moods to lighten or just relaxing after this evening that will bring my weigh-in for the week which I am not thrilled to face..not been a terrific week food wise: meaning over cals somedays, too few others and not enough mo... This woman, in her 80's I'd say, came in to look at some jewelry, and after a few minutes needed to sit, which she did on her walker's seat. I just enjoyed conversation with her, sat on a chair next to her and was happy to sell her 3 pair of earings. I did, in those 3 hours drink 3 20oz bottles of water! I usually do this each shift I work, so great! I did have lunch before my shift which was a veg... Yet another..My neighbor did come home from the hospital, so no dog to walk..yet! Her granddaughter is staying this week,over school vacation, so then I will be walking Teddie for several months!
