No that's an easy one. Exercise? In my old mind set that it had to be at least 30min, I would have said yes but now I just keep in mind at least 10 so that's easy to stick to. Eating? If you are really organized it can be super easy and even not being organized its still relatively easy. Sleeping? Yes that would be the hardest healthy habit, getting 7-8 hrs sleep consistently when I find it hard to wind down before 11pm, sometimes even later and then getting up early enough to squeeze ...
