I HAD TO RELAX,BECAUSE MY BODY SO NEEDED IT,MAYBE I WILL TRY TO DO SOMETHING TOMORROW. <em>224</em> Thu, 1 Nov 2012 21:49:59 EST what a difference a day makes http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5078666 what a difference a day makes.i have been so tired and exhausted.today i decided to do household chores,ironing,and only outside activities consisted of walking the dogs.just to mainly try to give my body time to rest and unwine.it was hard for me to completely rest.so i ironed and hung up a ton of clothes.4 hours worth.so to say i don't want to look at a iron for a while,would be the under statement of the year.lol.but today was a great day for reflection,rest,and comfort.
