It was better than many I had already looked into. They offered many different kids of exercise classes including yoga, which is right up my alley. and also Tae Kwon Do and Qi...which I would really be interested in. I was starting to jog in place, when my little Chihuahua Baby Girl (a whopping 3 lbs.) decided to help. She got a wild hair and proceded to run amuck back and forth through the house. It's not often she does this, but I started chasing her back and forth for the better part of 10 min., laughing at her antics and she would look at me as if to say " Hey! don't quit on me now!" then off she would go on a dead-set run.
