We 're getting into the homestretch of being the weekend! <BR> <BR> So far this week I'm right on track with exercise and eating! And I'm feeling great about it. <BR> <BR> This weekend I'm away to Prince Edward Island for a hockey tournament, so it'll be a challenge to keep on track, but I feel like I can do it!! <BR> <BR> So today my goals are to stay in my calorie range, run 3km, and drink all my water!! Even if I'm full, I still seem to eat.
