I gained 2lbs. Im so tired of this. I keep gaining and losing the same couple of pounds. This time I worked out so hard but I guess I ate harder and didnt pay attention. Biggest pitfall of the week, which i know is the biggest reason I 'failed' = NO TRACKING. I tracked like maybe 2 days the whole week. So depressing. Will have to try again. Mainly due to being overworked and exhausted but because of that I've gone lazy in the workouts and eating right. All that changed this week and I feel like I'm rebooting back to my old self that actually craved exercise and tracking foods, etc. Its been awhile since Ive been in that zone. I tend to just guesstimate 1 tbsp but wondering if its actually less since you're flash frying in hot oil. Thu, 3 Jan 2013 16:47:47 EST Weightloss REBOOT! http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5184278 I have been MIA on my fitness and diet for a whole month. i mean zip, zero, nothing. No workouts. No tracking. Nada. There were several reasons but listing them out would just turn them into excuses so I'm on here to state that I am officially starting over. I have wasted too much time on falling backwards and now I'm back and with a vengeance. I want to hurry up and meet my weightloss goals once and for all...enough with the 2lbs a month loss. Mon, 26 Nov 2012 18:25:22 EST Tune-Up Blog http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5108636 This is a tune-up blog because I see little change in my body and am not where I had planned to be at this point. The disappointing thing is that looking back at my goals when I started BLC, I’ve kept up with most (if not all) of them. I realize though…after re-evaluating…what I left off my initial goals is what I should have focused on. Yes, I drink more water. Yes, I work out harder. Yes, Ive been bringing lunch from home 90% of the time and yes, I have limited my BLTs (bites licks and tast... I had this 120min cardio challenge...well actually it was do as much cardio as possible (with a 120min max for points) so of course I read it "do 120 mins of cardio". lol Anyways, since I had that to do AND since my next weekend is going to be super busy - going to a concert and co-hosting a baby shower, I decided to spend my whole weekend focusing on me and workouts and grocery shopping and pantry purging of all ... I was doing 16-20 cups a day and then barely made 8-10 in the last 6 months or so. The last month has been really bad. Maybe a couple of bottles (like 4 cups) max. And my skin has not been great...breaking out a little bit...and i just feel plain nasty inside. 2 weeks of consistent 14+ glasses has made such a difference. I just spent the last 20 mins looking at old pictures of myself...and the sad thing is...they weren't even OLD pictures...maybe 6-8 months ago. I was in the best shape of my life from March 2011 - January 2012. The best shape doesn't necessarily mean the healthiest weight but I was almost there. I haven't done that in 7 months...and for the last 3 months, I've barely burned more than 2000/week. So I told myself that whatever I do, Im going to burn a 1000. I've succeeded BUT Im hungrier than ever. YEsterday, I consumed 2700 calories! Looking at my tracker right now and its just pathetic. I realize I am scared to eat. Seriously. I think it freaks me out to consume so many calories at once so instead, I take bites of everything ... Its like, I'm finally learning to eat better...i dont think Ive had a 2000+ calorie intake day in weeks but the exercise has decreased a lot and its really taking its toll on me.
