I was doing 16-20 cups a day and then barely made 8-10 in the last 6 months or so. The last month has been really bad. Maybe a couple of bottles (like 4 cups) max. And my skin has not been great...breaking out a little bit...and i just feel plain nasty inside. 2 weeks of consistent 14+ glasses has made such a difference.
