I went swimming with the kiddos, played with them, and spent some time in the garden. <BR> <BR> Secrets to success: <BR> 1-planning meals a head of time. (less temptation when your hungry & willing to eat anything) <BR> 2-getting at least 7 hrs of sleep every night. (the body & mind needs rest) <BR> 3-trying to stay away from processed food as much as possible. (most of it's junk anyways) <BR> 4-try to do something active outside everyday. (fresh air ... I need to plan 3-5 workouts that need to be at least 30 minutes in length.....and of course actually do them!
