It was sort of hard. For the first day I did a 8 minute cardio interval workout. During the whole workout my legs were burning. For most of the workout did do most of the moves but I could do them as long as the instructor/ coach did. Oh well... Instead, I went and did 100 crunches, a 1 minute plank, About 10 arm curls (for each arm) with dumbbells, 6 reps of doing bridges with chest press, and 15 reps of doing dumbbell squats with overhead quat…? I think that is what the last one is called. I am excited about doing the event but I am sort of not looking forward to it. Since last monday, two of my sisters and I have been exercising/preparing for it. For preparing/exercising for it, we take walks up the road that we live in, do the circuit that was on the tough mudder, and do other things.
