It’s been way too long since my last update. Wow, I accomplished so much in 2013, where do I start? Well first off I only lost about 27 pounds last year and guess what I am more than happy with that. I started this journey at 288 pounds (much larger at one point in life I am sure) and dreamed of being 180 pounds (hence the name Purple180, lol) but as I approached 180 I knew I could do much more so I set my eyes on 150 (ya know that magic number). Well today I sit here at approx 162 ... Well on February 7, 2013 I officially hit my goal weight (actually about 2 pounds less than goal), I was and still am ecstatic about this accomplishment, I mean wow I have lost over 100 pounds! So my original goal weight was 180 pounds (hence Purple180) but as I sit here at 177.4 pounds I think that I want to get down to 160 pounds. I know 160 still seems like a big number for some bu... Yes, this girl just JOGGED 1 ENTIRE MILE NON-STOP. I am so happy I can barely control my emotions, the last 1/10th of the mile I was smiling from ear to ear and I did it in 9:59. You guys have no idea what this means to me. I logged onto Spark late today and saw that it was National Run Day so I was like I am going to jog as far and as longs as I can without stopping. Well, so far I have only been able to run .25 miles without stopping so I was going to push myself to do .50 m...
