This Saturday I hope to be able to walk 13 miles for our local Relay for Life. <BR> <BR> My husband and I are both committed to a healthy eating style. We will get there one choice at a time. I'm up 30 pounds since December. This has happened before when my Thyroid medication needed adjusting. My next blood work up is in July. I'm hoping by adding the running & strength training it will help. My arms and shoulders are going numb at night where it wakes me up. I've changed taking my aspirin at night ...
