I fell off the wagon, rolled into the ditch, down the hill and into a canyon. My weight is at 190. Wow, how could I let myself go that far into the abyss. I need to hitch up the hoist and pull myself up out of the canyon and back up the hill. Then onto the road and SP wagon. I haven't been this big since 2010 and I was doing so well until this summer. I need to learn to love myself again as I was pretty disgusted with my body when the breast cancer diagnosis came in August... Fri, 8 Nov 2013 12:16:05 EST Third anniversary and still struggling... My third anniversary with SP was two days ago. I have kept off thirty pounds with spark. Right now I am struggling back and forth between 155 and 170.(Overweight would be 153 down to 130.) It seems as though as soon as I get to close to overweight, I space out and go right back up to 170. Is this psychological? I don't know. I am real good through the winter and then summer comes and I get whacked out of shape. I can't seem to use the food scale, measuring cups and spoons to control my portio... Not only does it concern the abortion issue but also concerns everyday living. Choosing life also means making informed decisions to make life longer. Eating healthy and exercising. I only have a few clothes that I can wear as I refuse to buy anything new that will fit when I have a closet full of smaller clothes. I hurt, my joints crackle and creak. My hip replacement pops. I have to use my arms to help myself out of chairs when sitting. My feet hurt after being on them for a couple hours. I am at risk for heart attack, stroke or diabetes to name a few. Wed, 23 Mar 2011 09:30:54 EST My fingers are thinner Today for the first time in many years, I was able to take off my engagement ring. My wedding ring not but now my fingers are losing some bulk so I can remove one ring. Even my granddaughter asked me at Christmas if my finger hurt because the rings had cut in so far into my flesh. My knuckles are arthritic so they are enlarging but there was also a lot of fat on my fingers so they looked pudgy awful. I look forward to the time when I will be able to put the ring back on to nice slim fingers ... I purchased the Fit and Strong. Jane tells us that she is 72 years old and has had a hip and knee replacement. I have had a hip replacement and have bad knees. So I am thrilled to find a DVD that is great for us people who have had joint replacement. I have failed to do at least 10 minutes of exercise daily or even 3 times a week. I have bought half price Christmas candy and munched on it. I have cleaned up the Christmas cookies that my mother always gives us for Christmas. I have not done as I should of and have done what I should not have. I need to get in control. I recorded my food on my evo but failed to login on my computer so I didn't get my sparkpoints for the day and it went downhill from there. Each day seemed to have a reason not to record anything. I am finding out that when I am stuck on a plateau, I eat more for one day, up to 3000 calories. Then I start to lose again. I don't know why this is happening but it does. Sometimes it is not even healthy foods that I eat but I count each and every calorie on my Spark nutrition page. But we couldn't find it in any of the stores. One week ago Sunday, I found it in Walmart while we were standing in the checkout line. So I threw two on the belt. I managed very well. I ate at the salad bar. Also ate some chicken breast meat and some broiled cod. I got on the scale this morning and lost .7 pounds.
