I shove it in way to fast, and don't really finish chewing the food sometimes already in my mouth. I live alone, so I don't know why I feel I have to get done so quickly. <BR> I choked a couple of weeks ago (couldn't swallow, or bring it up). All my mediciations are taken around dinner time, so I don't spend a lot of time before bed in the bathroom. <BR> I just had my teeth cleaned. They mentioned that they could see I do brush and floss. I have tried line dancing a couple of times, but my blood pressure was way low-and I was dizzy, so I didn't do the class many times. We are adjusting my blood pressure medicine, and I received my new pills today. Last week I finished the 3rd round of chemo. This is my off week! YEA, or so I thought! I just find it strange that I use the wii board for exercises, but they recommend that you turn the board on using your foot. Wouldn't bending over, and using your hand also be an exercise.
