I have tried harder and harder every time to stick with SOMETHING when it comes to staying healthy and I always give up or get "too busy" which is nonsense. I need motivation but it needs to start with me. That might seem easy to some people but I thought I would never go above a 10K but I am. It was a lot of fun and did it in 35 minutes...fastest time yet. It really did kick my butt though. I had an FRS before the race and that seemed to really help bc I felt great during the race and right after...but after breakfast I just felt dead! I took a nap and woke up with a killer headache and my muscles hurt so bad! I need to start training consistently and better hydrate myself before. <...
