I have decided its time to try to lose all this weight I gained.. I feel so hot with the heat and want to get back to the person I use to be, with all this extra weight on me I just don't feel like myself anymore. Go do something to keep me busy, Drink LOTS of water, if I'm hungry but its not time to eat I drink water!!! If I'm infront of the TV instead of sitting, lying down etc...
