So while I skipped yet another week on the C25K Program, I was not completely devoid of exercise. According to my stopwatch we averaged 6 hours per day of walking or slowly moving in line. <BR> <BR> My one caveat is that we did the dining plan. 1 sit down, 1 counter service, and 1 snack per day. Wednesday should have been my running day, but I just wasn't feeling it. I joined the gym thru our park district a couple weeks ago when our weather was lousy. 40's and 50's the last week of September, and it was raining every day. UGH! So running inside was a benefit. Plus, when my husband isn't home, they have a child care ... Makes me wonder how long it will be before other manufacturer's are being sued as well. <BR> <BR> I do continue to wear them because they feel like they have a really high level of cushioning. <BR> <BR> Long story short (my actual running shoes were elsewhere), I used my toning shoes in the gym today on the treadmill, and they worked just fine for running.
