I have been sticking with the program, but every now and then eat the wrong things. Wed, 10 Jul 2013 08:07:43 EST June 17, 2013 I hate when people want to take my picture. I don't like the way I look and the pictures really show you how big you are. I've been using and tracking with Spark People for four months now and so far have lost 8 or 9 pounds. I don't understand why it is taking so long to loose weight, my goal date will not be met now until September to loose 30+ pounds. But I am not getting discouraged and will keep with the program.
