I have a membership at a local gym and I still can't figure out why they have mirrors lining the weight area next to the indoor track that I walk. I suppose it's so people with beach bodies can check their progress, but it can be discouraging. For me at least. Luckily there are windows on the other side of the track so I can keep an eye on the progression of winter to spring. I can't wait until it's warm enough to walk to class!
