I think I would benefit from 1 on 1 coaching to address special needs and to make sure I'm on the right track. I like the idea of having someone to discuss my victories and concerns with. I wrote the statement and got a new understanding of why I am changing my lifestyle. This morning I was thinking about getting more exercise and how to incorporate it into my schedule. I doing something that has been a routine for years when I realized that by simply turning right out a door instead of left I can easily add a lovely walk to my day. When I'm off work this site is great, but when I'm working I don't follow a midnight to midnight schedule. I ate yesterdays dinner at 9:00 this morning, and todays breakfast at 6:30 this evening. It gets confusing and it makes it difficult to figure out how I did today when it's being tracked like I ate it yesterday. Being able to see exactly how much I've had and know where I stand calorie wise at any time is fantastic. Before I have a snack I can type it in and see how it effects my daily totals. I make better, more informed choices. Size 12 here I come! Thu, 20 Jun 2013 23:37:54 EST Plateau I hit a plateau about 1.5 months ago. I asked my GP to refer me to a dietician. Then I went on line and found Spark People and decided to try it. <BR> <BR> I work in a sleep lab. It's probably one of the least active jobs on the planet. For 12 hours at a time I watch people sleep. I spend 30 minutes each way traveling to and from work. An hour to relax before going to bed.
