I have been trying to get on a schedule where I go to bed earlier. Glad I went but kinda awake now (and hungry). I've been debating on this for a couple months.

Part if me doesn't want to give up work and streaks accomplished. Even though it shouldn't really count. I have to admit there were days when I spun the wheel and did nothing else. I've figured out that you don't have to be honest about tracking. Log a glass of water and POOF, streak is ... Mon, 28 Dec 2015 11:07:29 EST 12/20 meh So I hardly ate all day so I could eat out with family for dinner. I know, not the smartest or healthiest thing but I was able to indulge and stay in calorie range. I say worth it. Made mostly good choices till dessert but split it with Peanut. Any way, it was pretty good day. Had a decent walk with dogs in addition to food range so feeling better about things than yesterday. Hope everyone is having a happy day. Hugs :0) Sun, 20 Dec 2015 21:47:42 EST 12/19 maybe March Well, I think if I burrow into my home and don't go out, don't have any one over, only buy limited planned food, don't do anything outside of a rigid plan I can do this. If I am introduced to anything else I fail, epically. I'm thinking of giving up till March when I can isolate myself some and get into routine. Sat, 19 Dec 2015 23:03:02 EST 12/18 I gave up I didn't do anything right today, no walking, no tracking, no eating right, I didn't do anything right. I did get to spend some quality time with my Peanut though. Tomorrow will be a better day, especially since I found my water bottle. I'm such a baby about it but I enjoy my water now. Hugs all :0) Fri, 18 Dec 2015 23:03:18 EST 12/17 spiral Epic fail today. I did walk dogs but didn't drink water, didn't eat right and should have done much more. I think.I know where this is coming from but not sure how to combat it. My kiddo is back from.visiting grandparents for a few weeks. Peanut has a small business online doing digital art. Spends a lot if time sitting. I think I am trying to spend time the way I can and being sedentary is messing me up especially since I'm starting to refocus. Thu, 17 Dec 2015 22:24:29 EST 12/16 ugh, well didn't eat planned meals, didn't track all food, didn't make it to.gym did walk dogs, did stay a focused and made healthier food choices, Knee still a mess but I'm working through it. No other choice. Had bad knees since fourth grade and car accident made one really bad. Doc talking about steps to take. Had xray, supposed to get mri but can't right now. Anyway, hope y'all did better than me :0) Wed, 16 Dec 2015 19:05:48 EST 12/15 day two Skipped gym today, knee could barely handle basic walking today. Going to start with every other day at first. I am under in calories but I'm not hungry. I've eaten good meals, lot's of veggies, and a few sweet snacks. Oh well, I think sp wants me to eat too much anyway lol Sweet Dreams Sparkers Tue, 15 Dec 2015 22:32:47 EST 12/14 day one of seriousness I went to gym today. 30 minutes on bike. I could have done more but my knee couldn't. Mon, 14 Dec 2015 23:23:45 EST Getting serious 12/13/15 Gym membership started .... check Filtering 32oz water bottle ... check Meals planned/shopped for.. check I'm ready. My goal this week is to go to gym every day, eat as planned, drink my water, and sleep well. Sun, 13 Dec 2015 16:39:27 EST Picture shows about half of it all Love my family and friends but why is it when a loved one passes everyone wants to give you stuff from their homes. I have a family history of hoarding and I struggle too. I think because I am aware of it I make more if an effort to manage it. I have my things, like all do, and I have a pattern. I, without noticing, collect up whatever ( book, junk mail, and clutter are my big ones ). Bring mail in set... Sun, 6 Dec 2015 09:25:14 EST Brr, oww, ugh Last temps dipped below freezing by almost ten degrees. That happens and my knee hurts worse. Ugh, so frustrating because it has warmed just over freezing but I'm hurting and limping. Knee hurting so bad my ankle and hip hurt too. Sat, 5 Dec 2015 13:54:20 EST Affording Medicine I recently lost a my job, kinda glad because that place stressed me out and my doctor says I already look healthier and younger for it. My concern is I haven't found anything else yet and am thinking of finishing school first (just a few classes left for a bachelor degree). I have money in the bank to live but how can I keep cost down.on medication and afford to continue to see my doctor for necessary checkups? I am due for all my annuals including mammogram. I'm going to have to send them away more often. Now if my parents could take furry kids for a day I could clean up the hair lol. Guess you need something to remind you are home. Hugs :0) Wed, 2 Dec 2015 12:55:43 EST Frustrated with former employer Ugh, I have recently separated from the company I was working for. Been two weeks of bliss as I did not enjoy my last seven of ten years there. Every year got worse. Trying to get information about pension, insurance etc is just as miserable. It is taking all I have not to publicly state name of company and be honest about it all. Anyway just wanted to vent. Thanks for listening. Hugs all :0) Tue, 1 Dec 2015 14:56:11 EST Seriously, who did this and why??! Sun, 22 Nov 2015 07:07:14 EST I would love this! Can I do this for my groceries and rent? Sun, 22 Nov 2015 07:04:59 EST the funny thing about change is One change (say getting laid off from a job you haven't enjoyed in years and was nothing but stress) leads to others. I actually tracked nutrition today and made better choices this morning. Not great but better. Sun, 15 Nov 2015 09:42:37 EST He's got high hopes! Wed, 28 Oct 2015 10:04:23 EST Actual conversation With my fifth grade nephew. First off I can't believe he has texting app on a tablet. Secondly, really! Crushing and dating???
