We started a biggest loser contest at work yesterday. We will do this for 3 months and I have set my goals. I need to lose 45 lbs., in 3 months. That would be 3.5-4lbs., per week. It has been almost 20 years since I have done this. I did not realize how hard it is trying to get up the levels in a deck. I am not going to give up that easy. I will dig in deep and keeping going.
