(I work Tuesday through Saturday so, you know).

I planned on getting up early to get a headstart on my day but that did not happen. I instead woke up around 10 and got up and immediately started moving.

Here’s everything I got accomplished today:

Went to the laundry mat and did all my laundry
Did an hour long step workout... Tue, 19 Mar 2013 00:11:36 EST Pretty good day http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5290510 So after a the two day slackfest that was Friday and Saturday, I made it a point to be active today. The boyfriend came over last night so I was playing host. We went out to dinner at one of my favorite restaurants, Crepeville. I had a turkey burger and and side salad so I feel like I made a pretty good choice on my evening out.

Today I made a crustless quiche for breakfast. I didn't have milk in the house so I made it with Almond Milk. It was ok, next time I'm gonna use c... Mon, 18 Mar 2013 00:17:36 EST Don't let the perfect be the enemy of the good http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5288378 Late last year Gretchen Rubin put a post up with the headline "Don't let the perfect be the enemy of the good." That motto has been stirring around the back of my head since the other day. I was talking to my manager today and he was stressing about going to the gym or or hanging out with his little sister. I suggested that he go for a walk with her and he was like "Yeah, she'd totally go for that."

As soon as I said that I thought immediately, "don't let the perfect be the en... Sat, 16 Mar 2013 01:01:49 EST Best day in forever http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5287223 I’ve had a super good day, I have a lot of things to be proud about. I think I’m gonna take a moment and list them out here.

I walked into work today and settled in, made some phone calls read some emails and I was just checking my stats when a bunch of managers showed up at my desk with a bunch of balloons and an iPad Mini. That’s really a pretty good way to start the day.
I got called out in my groups newsletter for an awesome job I did on a case.
Even though I h... Fri, 15 Mar 2013 00:57:13 EST I'm really proud of myself today http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5286050 I met all of my goals today and then some. I got my 10,000 steps in, logged all my calories and I climbed 10 flights of stairs today.

I tried a new recipe I found on Spark recipes, it's for Chocolate cottage cheese and it's Yummy but so nasty looking it's somewhat comical. I highly recommend it though it fit that sweet craving I had tonight without wrecking all the good work I did today.

recipes.sparkpeople.com/recipe-detai
l.asp?recipe=300825
Thu, 14 Mar 2013 02:43:00 EST pretty good day http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5284746 I feel good about myself today. I slept in a bit (damned that Daylight savings time) so I didn't get a chance to go for a walk before work but I made sure to go for a walk on my morning break and my lunch and by the time I got home today I only had about 900 steps left to meet my goal. I walked in place while I watched the biggest loser to make sure I'd reach my goal.

I did really well on my eating plan and stayed within my calories and so far the late night eating monster hasn'... Wed, 13 Mar 2013 02:32:04 EST Starting over again http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5283388 249
So once again, I'm starting over. One of these days (hopefully this one)I'll get back in the groove and will stay on the wagon to actually make the progress in the correct direction.

I am up to 263 lbs. That is not a good number. I'm just going to take it 10 lbs at a time though...thinking about losing over 100 lbs is just too much.

I got a fitbit One last week and today was the first day that I actually tried to get to the 10,000 step goal an...
