Last night I was sick as a dog. I'm feeling better this morning, no more puking but my stomach is still off. <BR> <BR> I don't know if I should go to my yoga class (bikram) or not. <BR> I have a habit of falling off the wagon when I something like this happens and I really don't want that. <BR> <BR> I'm gonna hydrate myself today and wait till the 4:30... With the fall back extra hour of sleep I got today it wasn't hard to get up and get to class and when I got there I saw it was Elizabeth teaching. She gave me a great welcome...she told me she hadn't seen me in a while, and I, with my negative self talk said, "I've not been consistent." She said "That's ok, you're here today. That set a really amazing tone to the class. I'm always able to focus ... I think I’m gonna take a moment and list them out here. <BR> <BR> I walked into work today and settled in, made some phone calls read some emails and I was just checking my stats when a bunch of managers showed up at my desk with a bunch of balloons and an iPad Mini. I got my 10,000 steps in, logged all my calories and I climbed 10 flights of stairs today. <BR> <BR> I tried a new recipe I found on Spark recipes, it's for Chocolate cottage cheese and it's Yummy but so nasty looking it's somewhat comical. I slept in a bit (damned that Daylight savings time) so I didn't get a chance to go for a walk before work but I made sure to go for a walk on my morning break and my lunch and by the time I got home today I only had about 900 steps left to meet my goal. I walked in place while I watched the biggest loser to make sure I'd reach my goal. <BR> <BR> I did really well on my eating plan and stayed within my calories and so far the late night eating monster hasn'...
