I loose 3 pounds just to gain them back the next week. I know I get stressed out now and then, and my period always causes me to gain but this is getting ridiculous. I eat right 90% of the time and workout 4-5 days a week. I'm now 25 lb. short on my goal path and feel like I'll never make it to the finish line.
Help......
Well, I suppose I know the answer - fix that 10% and find more consistency. Over the weekend, I was up north, standing on a ladder, stretching as high as I could to put up the hummingbird feeder and my old jeans fell down. I almost killed myself. So whether or not I lost the last two pounds, I had to get some new jeans. I tried on size 24, 22 & low and behold I fit into a size 20. Wow. 26w to 20w.
I was so excit...
