Temperatures were high and reached around 90F so we stopped off at various places and had drinks and bought bottle of water. Simple things like counter top pushups, hula hoop without the hoop, march on the spot, bicep and triceps curls, seated crunches and butt squeezes. <BR> <BR> I was surprised to find that I get another 15-20 minutes in a day easily I must remember to add this to the total...
